Crisis Management

I embody strong oral and written communication skills, exemplified through my work at Contact Community Services. As a strong employee at Contact, I have to investigate a motive and build active listening skills to effectively communicate with those in crisis. I answer the National Suicide Prevention Line and complete homeless shelter assessments in Onondaga and Oswego county.

Below is my certification in Suicide Intervention Training through the ASIST program.

 

I’m also certified in Mandated Reporter Training, which makes me obligated to report any type of child abuse I’m aware is occurring.
